GENERAL QUESTIONSWhat size belt do I need?
Our belt loops will accommodate most tactical leather and cloth belts that are less than 1 ¾ inches wide. Can you make a holster for a gun with a tactical light or laser that is not listed on the website?
No. We currently do not make holsters for rail mounted tactical lights. Our web store lists all the current models that we have available. We currently only have certain gun models with a Crimson Trace Laser available online.
Yes. We always encourage our customers to stop by our facility to participate in the process of making your holster. Our retail location is open from 10am-4pm Tuesday - Thursday. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to verify availability on custom orders.
Yes. The Bullseye team puts enormous amounts of time and energy into coordinating gun shows. We pride ourselves on our showmanship and create an engaging environment for our customers. We typically update our website with a current list of gun shows the first week of each month. If we are working a gun show in your town, we look forward to meeting you.
No. The front portion of our IWB concealed carry holster is sealed. This means that it is sweat and water resistant. The back side of the leather will be conditioned with the natural body oils from your skin and no further treatment is needed. If you need to clean the leather of your holster, we recommend saddle soap or generic leather conditioner.Will your holster scratch my gun?
With proper holster etiquette, our holster will not damage the finish of your gun any more than a leather or nylon holster. We recommend frequently cleaning the inside of your holster with a microfiber cloth. This is essential for keeping the holster free of sand and debris which may cause scratching. Occasionally you can wash your OWB holster with dish soap and water. Be sure to fully dry the holster. This will help prevent any rust development on the hardware.Why does the IWB Holster feel looser than the OWB Holster?
This is simply due to the nature of our IWB Hybrid Kydex® and Leather design. Our OWB holster is form fit on both sides, while our IWB holster is only form fit on one side. The retention on our IWB holster is achieved by tightening your belt. Since this holster is positioned behind the waist band, some “play” in the retention is typically not a concern. Also keep in mind that each holster has a different level of retention. Based on the size of the gun, some may feel tighter or looser than others.
What is Kydex®?
Kydex® is a thermoplastic acrylic-polyvinyl chloride material manufactured by Kydex, LLC. It has a wide variety of applications including firearm holsters and knife sheaths. The material is also widely used in the aircraft and medical industries. For holster applications it proves to be an excellent alternative to leather holsters. Advantages include a low friction, waterproof, scratch resistant finish with a Rockwell “R” hardness of 90. Kydex® holds it shape better than nylon and leather and will not stretch or shrink under normal conditions.
Surface preparation for applying VELCRO® brand adhesives
It is important that all surfaces be thoroughly cleaned before applying VELCRO® brand velcro with adhesives. All cleaning agents should be tested prior to use to ensure the cleaning agent will not have adverse effects on the item you are applying the VELCRO to. In most circumstances, isopropyl alcohol(rubbing alcohol) will be a sufficient cleaning agent.

What is your warranty policy?
Bullseye Holsters products have a lifetime warranty: we stand behind the legendary quality and craftsmanship of all our products. Our warranty covers Bullseye products for the lifetime of the original owner. If you experience a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship we will repair or replace the product.
We ask that you keep in mind that all Bullseye products are crafted by hand and might contain some slight imperfections. Like most hand crafted products, the slight imperfections are what add character to an already awesome product. If you feel that these imperfections are excessive, we will repair or replace the item. We always do our best to keep our customers satisfied.

We ship all packages via United States Postal Service. Once your package ships, you will receive e-mail notification along with USPS tracking information.
