    RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

    If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days of your online purchase, simply return it to us in like-new condition and we will happily accept your return and process a refund or exchange. The sale of all limited edition products, products that have been engraved, printed, branded, stamped, personalized (etc.), customized and all bulk orders are final and non-refundable. Products purchased at gun shows and other promotional events have a lifetime warranty. However, these products do not qualify for the online 30 day return policy. 

    Please follow the steps below:

    Please complete the return authorization form on the back of your original packing slip. If you do not have the original form, you can download it here.

    STEP 2
    Ship your return to:

    STEP 3

    Once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no additional cost or a refund will be issued.

    DOMESTIC RETURNS

    Domestic customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned or exchanged items to Bullseye Holsters. Bullseye Holsters will cover the cost of shipping an exchanged item to the customer. We strongly recommend utilizing a shipping service with a tracking number.
