COMPONENT KIT AND ASSEMBLY RESPONSIBILITY NOTICE
Bullseye Holsters, a trade name of DIYZ, Inc., manufactures and sells holster component kits and materials intended for lawful use by experienced individuals or businesses engaged in the assembly of custom holsters.
Bullseye Holsters does not assemble finished holsters for customers when selling component kits. The final design, assembly, fitment, firearm compatibility, and safe operation of any completed holster is solely the responsibility of the individual or business that performs the assembly.
Purchasers of holster component kits acknowledge and agree that:
The purchaser is responsible for the design, molding, assembly, and inspection of any finished holster produced using the components.
The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that any completed holster provides proper trigger guard coverage, firearm retention, and safe insertion and removal characteristics appropriate for the firearm model.
Bullseye Holsters does not control how components are assembled, modified, or used after purchase.
Bullseye Holsters makes no representation that any particular holster design assembled by a third party will be safe or appropriate for any specific firearm unless the finished holster is manufactured and inspected directly by Bullseye Holsters.
Any business that assembles holsters from Bullseye Holsters component kits is solely responsible for providing appropriate safety warnings, instructions, testing, and quality control for the finished product.
The assembler of any finished holster assumes full responsibility for verifying safe function prior to sale or distribution.
Bullseye Holsters recommends that all holsters be tested for proper retention, trigger guard protection, and safe reholstering characteristics before use.
Nothing in this notice is intended to waive any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
